For preparing this smoothie first you need to make carrot juice, I made carrot juice with fresh carrots. Plus fresh is best if you are out of time to make carrot juice the nighttime before and freeze it, next morning make this Carrot blood orange strawberry oatmeal smoothie with rest of ingredients.
If you are an oatmeal fan same me then this smoothie is one for you. I have added old fashioned oats, you can use gluten-free one also. This is really a mixture smoothie and you won’t be hungry till lunch.
After all, breakfast is supposed to be with oatmeal, oranges, and strawberries, so why to wait to take your blender or juicer. Give it a try quickly, healthy smoothie never hurts any diet plan.
Ingredients
For making Carrot juice
1 cup chopped carrots about 2
¾ cup water I used to bottle water
For making Carrot blood orange strawberries oatmeal smoothie
½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup of orange juice
1 frozen banana
6 Strawberries
1 blood orange juice
½ tbsp Nectevia
½ cup carrot juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
